We are a Rights Management company established and authorized to represent the copyright and related rights of Record Producers/Record Labels. JAMMS handles the music rights of members who are local Record Producers/Record Labels, in Jamaica, and also manages their royalty collection from a range of international territories. In turn, JAMMS also manages the rights in virtually the entire catalog of international recorded music, which are broadcast and played in Jamaica, through its representation of the ‘majors’ and also the catalog of international Producers’ Collecting Societies with which JAMMS has arrangements. The rights managed by JAMMS pertain to the broadcasting, public playing and webcasting of recorded music.
